App licence

Bill & Subscription Manager is provided by Yeray Olabarria. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a different applicable licence is presented to you through the App Store.

This page explains the product’s use and purchase arrangements. It does not replace the Standard EULA or take away any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. Read the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Using the app

The app is a tool for recording bills and subscriptions, viewing recurring costs and receiving reminders. It relies on the information you enter or confirm. Check prices, dates, currencies and other details against your provider’s records.

The app does not connect to your bank, make payments, manage a provider account or automatically cancel subscriptions. Opening a cancellation link or changing a record in the app does not cancel the underlying service. Complete the provider’s process and obtain its confirmation.

Reminders depend on your settings and iOS delivery. Photo text recognition can make mistakes. Review imported fields before saving, and do not rely on a reminder or estimate as a guarantee that a charge will be avoided.

Pro and purchases

Pro may be offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price and purchase terms that apply before you confirm.

If you choose the yearly plan, payment is charged to your Apple Account and the subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. A lifetime purchase is charged once and does not renew.

Apple processes payment and RevenueCat helps verify and restore Pro access. Use Restore Purchases in the app to check an earlier purchase. Requests about Apple billing or refunds are handled through Apple’s billing support, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.

Subscriptions you track are separate agreements with their own providers. Their renewal, price-change and cancellation terms continue to apply.

Your records and backups

Keep your records accurate and save a backup when you need one. The app stores records locally and does not provide its own account-based cloud sync. Exports and backups may contain personal information; choose their destination carefully.

Archiving keeps a record and its history. Deleting the app can remove local records, while copies in exports or backups remain separately stored. Review Keeping and removing data before removing the app or restoring a backup.

External services and changes

Apple services, provider websites and destinations you choose for files have their own terms. Their availability and content are outside the app’s control. We do not represent those providers or complete transactions with them on your behalf.

Features may change with app updates. We may update this page to reflect the current product, with the effective date shown above. The applicable licence, App Store purchase terms and mandatory legal rights remain relevant.
